SANITARY MEASURES

 

Following the health crisis we are experiencing, we have taken action

of hygiene products meeting the standards of the latest government directives .

 

Thus, each gîte is fully cleaned and all contact parts

are thoroughly disinfected . We are able to guarantee you

perfect hygiene in your home.

 

On the other hand, the establishment of our lodgings,

ensures compliance with the rules of distancing . Regarding access to

the wellness area, time slots are provided for each user

and rigorous cleaning of the premises is systematically planned, between two

users.

 

You are asked, as far as possible and in order

to guarantee you the best sanitary conditions, to provide duvets or

blankets for your beds . Indeed, it is technically impossible for us to wash

duvets at 60 ° between each rental. Regarding household linen, we are

able to provide sheets, pillowcases and towels (see pricing)

 

If you wish to order catering services (breakfast or dinner),

they will be delivered to you in a gîte, preferring to avoid grouping together at the table d'hôtes .

 

 

 

TRADE MEASURES

 

In order not to penalize our customers, and to overcome any uncertainty regarding

health rules that may have been adopted, we have relaxed our

terms of cancelation.

 

Indeed, in case of impossibility of stay, it is planned:

the publication of a stay report valid for 18 months from the date of cancellation .

 

You will be able to choose a later date, whatever

season and length of stay. If, 18 months after the publication of the carryover voucher,

the latter was still not used, you can request a refund

of the deposit paid.
